The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma, Bessel van der Kolk
Oldie but goldie. An important book about the mind-body connection and how trauma is stored and manifested in the body.

Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma, Peter A. Levine, Ann Frederick
Seminal work from the legendary Peter Levine. Stuck trauma affects all of us and this book takes the somatic approach to help shift it out of the body.

The classic guide to a powerful embodiment technique that can increase your felt sense and lead to personal transformation
