Hi I'm Aleksandra: eco-somatic therapist and regenerative
well-being advocate

I guide people done with constant grind to reconnect to the wisdom of their body to find their way home to a vibrant, meaningful and free life.

My work weaves together over 15 years of of experience in mindfulness, self-inquiry, eco-somatic therapy, and restorative practices. From this, I’ve developed a unique, body-led model that supports deep nervous system healing and embodied transformation.​
