Perhaps you can sense your boundaries but can't act on them, maybe you notice the stress but can't slow down, you feel burnt-out overwhelmed and depleted and yet keep pushing through. Maybe you've done all the therapy and inner work and are self-aware, and yet something is still stuck.
That's because this is not the awareness problem. It's abut lack of safety, permission and connection.
My work is the bridge from knowing to feeling and from monitoring yourself and your body to inhabiting it. Rather than another framework, the felt safety, permission, and relational support allow for what you already know finally land.
