Hi I'm Aleksandra: therapist, facilitator, and regenerative well-being advocate
I help people fed up with feeling burnout and self-doubt come home to their bodies, so they can live lives that feel free, grounded, and deeply fulfilling.
My work weaves together over 15 years of study and lived practice in mindfulness, psychology, self-inquiry, eco-somatic therapy, and restorative yoga. From this, I’ve developed a unique, body-led model that supports deep nervous system healing and embodied transformation through a blend of somatic therapy, coaching, and gentle self-inquiry.

My 1:1 work blends somatic therapy, embodied coaching, and nervous-system support to help you unwind old patterns and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Group Containers & Courses
Small, intentional groups that combine somatic practice, embodied coaching, nervous system learning, and deep reflection.
These journeys offer more sustained support than a single workshop and a richer sense of belonging than 1:1 work. Ideal for long-term growth and transformation.
