Hi I'm Aleksandra: therapist, facilitator, educator and regenerative well-being advocate

I help people fed up with constant burnout and pressure tap into their body’s wisdom, to feel more confident, at ease and fulfilled

My work weaves together over 15 years of study and lived practice in mindfulness, psychology, self-inquiry, eco-somatic therapy, and restorative yoga. Through this, I’ve developed a unique model that supports deep nervous system healing and embodied transformation, through a combination of therapeutic and coaching techniques.

1:1 Somatic Therapy

A personalised, trauma-informed space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild self-trust.
My 1:1 work blends somatic therapy, embodied coaching, and nervous system support to help you unwind survival patterns and create meaningful, sustainable change.
 

Group Containers & Courses

Small, intentional groups that combine somatic practice, embodied coaching, reflection, and nervous system education.
These journeys offer deeper support than a single workshop and more community connection than 1:1 work. Ideal for sustained growth and transformation.
