

Hi I'm Aleksandra: a therapist and regenerative well-being advocate
I help people who feel burnt-out and disconnected, to come home to their bodies and live more nourishing and fulfilling lives.
My work weaves together over 15 years of study and lived practice in mindfulness, psychology, self-inquiry, eco and somatic therapy, and restorative yoga - Through this, I’ve developed a unique model that supports deep nervous system healing and embodied transformation, through a combination of therapeutic and coaching techniques.
